I need a car rental pick up at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 2&3 and return to LHR Terminal 5.

It says free shuttle bus , that means no pick up exactly at Terminal 2 &3
At the relevant bus stop at each terminal, one bus serves all terminals. This is the same for ALL rental car companires.
